Default Redskins Radio Reccomendations

Started my bicycling routine again
Have some time to kill while peddling.
Anyone know of any decent Redskins radio shows, local or national, I can put on my MP3 player?
Any help appreciated.
Don't live in DC anymore, so don't know the local shows.
THanks.

Only thing that's a sure thing is "Skins at 1"...ESPN980.com....if you have a smart phone, download TUNEINRADIO and go to 980 there.

I listen to 980 on the Tunein radio app. I assume they podcast some of the shows. I heart radio also plays local sports talk.

My preferred show is Pollin and Czaban at 4 during the week. I listen on my ride home so it's like I am still in D.C.

When you say to put on your mp3 player do mean something that is streaming live or as Dave mentions, copying podcast to your player?

usually at espn.com you can download shows to mp3 and listen to them even when they are not playing.

And thanks.

I wondered that same thing in a post last year. I assumed Nomad meant a file to play later. I would like to listen to the post game Monday morning shows but can't listen to them live. Any luck finding this?

You can go to ESPN980 and click on the audio vault. Then the next screen gives you the option to download the podcast. The best post game is the morning after a game where they preempt Mike and Mike to talk Redskins.

Thanks Dave. That is the show I am talking about I am pretty sure. Tidewater does play the show on the radio but I can only listen to about 35 minutes on my drive to work. I thought it was Mike and Mike?

From 6-9 after games, there is the Monday Morning QB with Andy Pollin and Kevin Sheehan. Then from 9-10 there is the Redskins Recap with Al Galdi. The first show is all analysis and your typical post game stuff. Galdi replays the important plays and talks about the game as it progressed. Both are very well done.

yep that is the show (6-9) but I would be interested in both of them. I will do the leg work but does anyone know in fact they are available for mp3 download?

Dirty work done. I see many shows. Will have to wait for the season though it looks like. This is going to be great lol.

I agree with Dave, use the Vault. I don't know how fast they get their stuff up though.

Default Monday Morning QB show

Need a little help from someone smarter than me it seems. In the spring i asked about MP3 files for the Monday morning QB show and was pointed to the 980 Audio vault page where I found the shows. Some problems now that the season has started.

I am in Virginia Bach. Last year starting at 0600 the Monday Morning QB show was on the sports radio station here. This year there are some national idiots on. It is ESPN sports, the station is a Red Zebra station. not sure what happened there.

So I go to the Audio vault but can't find the show there. I can't find the show mentioned anywhere on the 980 web site. Also when I live streamed it was some Mike and Mike show. Again some babbling I am not interested in.

I did a search on Google and found some website that did have the show streaming until 0900.

I am a little confused about what is up. What is one 980AM up in DC on Monday mornings? Anyone know where the MP3 files might be posted?

Thanks.
