I think anyone attributing 100% of why it didn't work out on McNabb or the McShanahans is McCrazy and out of their Mcfriggin minds. That was a two way McStreet right there....

I'm always disappointed when our team losses more games than they win. But with a rookie QB starting from day 1, I'm more open to washing the disappointment way and looking towards a better future.

people who want to blame the mcnabb thing on the shannys being egomaniacs couldnt be more wrong. mcnabb may have gotten a long leash from andy reid because what they accomplished together, but he certainly didnt get it here or in minnesota. lets not forget, the reports of mcnabb being out of shape, not learning the offense, not putting in the work and effort came out of minnesota as well. that there is enough to tell me he was more of the problem than the shanahans. and yes shanahan should of never traded for mcnabb, it was a huge mistake and he gets the blame for that, but it was mcnabb who failed to make the relationship work...

oh good lord, my comment was not made to drag out the Mcnabb debates again, though you seem to be ready to debate it at a drop in the hat, just to make an allegory on how bad it would have to be for Shanny to get fired....

But I can see Shanny using a rookie qb as an excuse to get one more year.

If Shanny wins 4 or 5 next season without Rg3 looking like a future superstar, he's done in DC. There will be too much pressure on Snyder league-wise to make the move and ain't no one in the league would blame him for doing so.
Oh and: McNabb Kyle McNabb Kyle McNabb kyle.

Out of everything he said, you chose the McNabb reference to focus on. I don't think he was focusing on that reference at all.

I think Jamal Brown will be the disappointment even though i am hoping this new flexibility routine he has been working on fixes him.
Suprises ; Minnefield seems to be the leader there so my darkhorse pick will be Rob Jackson and maybe one of the new oline guys. Also Aldrick Robinson might come along too.

I think that Cooley will indeed will retake the starting spot from Davis but i am also inclined to believe that we will see Fred Davis & Chris Cooley both on the field many times. Those two players (both being on the field at the same time) will create match-up nightmares for opposing defenses.

See, I thought this was funny and not one person even acknowledged it. Fine. Be that way.

I think Jammal Brown will be a pleasant surprise. I'm believing the hype about him being in the best shape he's been in for quite some time.

Think we can get our first O-Lineman in the Pro Bowl since who? John Jansen?

Ouch. My mistake.
Saw this from the recap of last weeks practice. Gave me a good chuckle
Quote:
Second-year wideout Aldrick Robinson, who has had a solid offseason , hauled in a touchdown pass from Kirk Cousins while covered by DeAngelo Hall. He later caught another touchdown pass, and Cousins, Banks and several other receivers rushed up and did the old “fun bunch” group leaping high five.
Hall couldn’t hold on for an interception while covering Santana Moss, and immediately dropped to the ground to pound out 10 push-ups, as the defensive backs have been doing when they miss picks.
Hall later rebounded, picking off a Griffin pass intended for Fred Davis. Hall lateraled the ball to linebacker Ryan Kerrigan as linemen closed in on him. Griffin then playfully jumped on Kerrigan’s back once the play ended.
