Ok that really makes me want to root for him.A friggin tarheel coach?I hope if this scvenario played out then Chuck could whip his but, along with Miami,VT,florida st.,etc.If he thinks the nfc east is tough.........Hey I'm just joking he would probably be much more successful at UNC than he will be here.Im just a pack fan tried and true.Well he is well on his way to helping us.Get a high draft pick that is.And maybe a couple for Champ b/c he's going to be tired of losing and want out.So maybe he will help the next coach, and our FO in that respect.

That is a lot of money, but I think I would just about give it to him so he will leave.

Snyder gave marty about the same amount to walk so I wouldn't be surprised to see him do the same with SS

He has to know his days might be numbered as a Redskins coach.

Alright, let me lay this to rest right here.....

Spurrier will NEVER coach at UNC....NEVER!

This rumor has been around for over a week at UNC message boards. It all started when USA Today had an article stating that Spurrier should already have his golf bags packed and headed to North Carolina. Everyone besides UNC fans took it as he'd be UNCs next coach. Well, UNC fans took it as they were talking about Dook....Duke. As we all know, Spurrier is the last coach who made Dook a winner in football. And they are looking for a coach next year.

One more thing. A lot of people don't know this, but....Spurrier is one of the most hated coaches by just about all of UNC fans. In his last game coached at Dook, they beat the Tar Heels at Keenan Stadium. After the game, Spurrier had his team take a picture under the score board with the score still showing. Needless to say, it pissed off a lot of UNC supporters....Alumni and such.

Could winning change a lot of minds? I suppose so. But I just don't see this happening.....

We always appreciate good coaches in france, maybe he can find a club if he wants to breath some fresh air.
Seriously, I agree with Patrick on this point.
