David Pollack is a MACHINE! After more than 100 tackles and 14 sacks in 2002, the SEC got smart and double teamed him so his numbers slipped in 2003. He seems to get faster and quicker in the fourth quarter. It's good he stays one more year, he could put on a few more pounds of bulk before he gets to the NFL.

I agree Pollack is a very good player but his numbers dropped off a little bit this year due to double teams. Lets not forget that Pollack has only played DE for 2 years. He was an RB or TE (can't remember which) when he came to georgia then was a DT and switched DE before his Sophmore year. So he's still learning the intricacies of the position, so he should stay in school.

Pollack did fall off this year but the thing he's going to HAVE to get used to IS being double team. Needs another year to develop that technique, bulk up ... so on!

Good for him. He was kind of quiet, I thought, against Purdue.
