i am just speculating, but i think Champ is on his way out for sure b/c in all the Redskins stores his jersey has been marked down to $29.99 from $69.99. the same thing happened when Davis was on his way out. Oddly enough, a player's merchandise prices are an indicator of his status with the team. When they put all his stuff on clearence, chances are good he won't be around much longer and they don't want to be stuck with useless merchandise. on another note, i was in a redskins store today and they had just gotten in the Authentic Lavar jerseys with sewn on everything. VERY NICE!! $260 |
